Biography
Lindsey C. Grossman joined the firm in 2014 and became a partner in 2020. She specializes in class action and other complex litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust, securities, and consumer fraud matters. Specifically, Ms. Grossman has dedicated a substantial portion of her time to litigating the claims of victims of the R. Allen Stanford Ponzi scheme, including participating in a FINRA arbitration hearing on behalf of investors.
Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey worked at a Florida law firm where she focused on commercial and complex litigation. While in law school, Lindsey served on the International & Comparative Law Review and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Edwin G. Torres in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
